We only ship within the 48 continuous United States of America. All orders are shipped via 1st class mail. If you order more than one item, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
- To be eligible for return or exchange, products must have tags attached, show no signs of wear, and be unwashed.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
- Returned products must be received and checked at our warehouse before a refund can be processed. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.
- Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Be sure to include:
- The order number
- If you are requesting a return or an exchange
- The reason for your return or exchange (this feedback is important to us!)
- The item(s) you would like to exchange for, if applicable
One of our Customer Experience Specialists will confirm the details of the return/exchange and provide a pre-paid shipping label.
